ARIIA / ALMFC LLC

Terms

The operating terms and safety boundaries for ARIIA websites, pilots, and managed AI operations services.

Effective July 18, 2026 · Version 1.0
Important. These public terms describe the baseline service boundary. A signed agreement, statement of work, consent record, or pilot schedule may add stricter terms. Draft client agreements require qualified legal review before commercial use.

Service operator

ARIIA is an ALMFC LLC product. Support and formal service notices may be sent to support@ariiaops.com.

What ARIIA provides

ARIIA provides governed AI operations services, including assessments, workflow design, implementation support, email operations, drafts, summaries, routing, and evidence reporting. Exact deliverables, fees, support windows, usage limits, and response expectations are defined in the applicable written agreement or approved pilot plan.

Authority and approvals

ARIIA acts only within the permissions documented for the client and feature. Read-only approval does not authorize modification. Draft approval does not authorize sending. Consequential actions—including sending external messages, changing accounts, deleting data, making financial transactions, accepting legal terms, or publishing publicly—require the applicable human authorization and technical capability.

Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and use an account the client is authorized to control.
  • Review requested permissions, drafts, summaries, and approval prompts.
  • Keep passwords, authentication codes, recovery phrases, and private keys private.
  • Maintain appropriate account security and promptly report suspected misuse or incorrect results.
  • Use the service lawfully and avoid submitting another person's confidential data without authority.

Prohibited use

The service may not be used for unlawful access, fraud, deception, harassment, spam, malware, surveillance without authority, credential theft, rights violations, or harmful automated decision-making. ARIIA may pause work when instructions conflict with safety, consent, law, provider terms, or a documented client boundary.

Third-party services

Google, Cloudflare, email providers, payment providers, e-signature providers, and other disclosed vendors operate under their own terms and availability. ARIIA does not control their outages, approval timelines, account restrictions, or policy changes. No integration is represented as active until it has been connected and tested.

Payments and commercial terms

No fee is charged merely by viewing this website or reviewing an OAuth disclosure. Purchases require a separate, explicit checkout, invoice, or signed engagement. Prices, taxes, refunds, renewals, usage charges, and cancellation terms are those displayed or agreed at the time of purchase. A quoted planning price is not a binding offer until accepted through the approved process.

Professional limitations

ARIIA does not replace a lawyer, accountant, tax adviser, clinician, licensed security assessor, or other regulated professional. Draft contracts, policies, compliance materials, financial models, and security recommendations require the appropriate qualified review before reliance or commercial use.

Service changes, suspension, and termination

A client may pause or revoke authorized access as described in the Privacy notice and applicable agreement. ARIIA may suspend a feature that is unsafe, unauthorized, unavailable, unpaid where a payment is due, or technically unverified. Offboarding should revoke provider access and address return, export, retention, and deletion of service records.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Services are provided with the care and commitments stated in the applicable written agreement. Automated classification, extraction, drafting, and recommendations can be incomplete or wrong and require the stated review controls. Nothing on this site guarantees revenue, savings, uninterrupted availability, legal compliance, or a particular business result. Liability allocation, warranties, indemnities, dispute terms, and governing law are determined by the signed agreement and applicable law; this page does not invent or replace those negotiated terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service and legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current public version. Material changes affecting an active client should be communicated through the approved channel. Questions: support@ariiaops.com.
